1. Who We Are
ProdReadyQA is operated by PE Volodymyr Deino (Private Entrepreneur Volodymyr Deino), a Ukrainian individual entrepreneur (FOP) based in Ukraine, trading under the ProdReadyQA brand.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use prodreadyqa.com ("Site") or purchase the Ultimate Mobile QA Course.

2. Information We Collect
Information you provide:
- Email address — when joining the waitlist, creating an account, or contacting us;
- Name — when creating an account or purchasing (if required at checkout);
- Support messages — when you contact us by email;
- Payment information — collected and processed by Paddle (our payment provider) when sales open. We do not store card numbers or full payment details on our servers.
Information collected automatically:
- Technical data — browser type, device type, IP address collected through Cloudflare and server logs;
- Usage data — pages visited and time on site, if analytics tools are added in the future. Any analytics tools will be disclosed here when added.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and manage your Course access after purchase;
- To send purchase confirmations and access emails;
- To send launch notifications if you signed up for them;
- To respond to support requests;
- To improve the Course and Site;
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Third-Party Processors
- Cloudflare — Site hosting, DNS, and CDN. Processes technical request data.
- Paddle — Payment processing, tax calculation, and merchant of record services. Paddle processes your payment and customer data when sales are open. Paddle's privacy policy applies to data they process.
- Google Workspace — Email hosting and communication for contact, support, launch notifications, and operational messages.
We only share data with providers necessary to operate the Site and Course. All providers are required to handle data securely.
5. Cookies
We currently use only cookies necessary for Site functionality. If analytics or marketing cookies are added in the future, this policy will be updated and appropriate consent mechanisms will be implemented.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you request deletion, we will remove personal data within 30 days except where retention is required by law or legitimate business purposes.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to withdraw consent for marketing emails at any time. To exercise any right, contact [email protected].
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
8. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Payment data is handled entirely by Paddle and is not stored on our servers.
9. Children
The Course is not directed at persons under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. Contact us if you believe such data has been collected.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Site and Course develop. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the Site. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision.
