1. Product and Operator
This Refund Policy applies to purchases of the Ultimate Mobile QA Course sold by PE Volodymyr Deino (Private Entrepreneur Volodymyr Deino) through prodreadyqa.com. Payment is processed by Paddle as merchant of record.
2. Refund Window
You may request a refund within 14 days of your original purchase date. Requests made after this window will not be eligible for a refund under this policy, unless mandatory consumer rights require otherwise.
3. Course Completion and Refunds
We may decline a refund where our records show that a substantial portion of the course has already been completed, or where there is evidence of refund abuse, account sharing, redistribution, scraping, excessive access inconsistent with reasonable evaluation, or violation of the Terms of Service.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email [email protected] and include:
- The email address used at checkout;
- Your Paddle order or transaction ID (found in your purchase confirmation email);
- A brief reason for the request (optional, but helpful for improving the course).
We aim to respond to refund requests within 3 business days.
5. Eligibility Conditions
Refund requests are reviewed individually. A refund may be declined if:
- the request is made after the 14-day window;
- our records show a substantial portion of the course has already been completed (see Section 3);
- there is evidence of refund abuse, account sharing, redistribution, copying, scraping, excessive use inconsistent with reasonable evaluation, or other behaviour that violates the Terms of Service;
- repeated refund requests across purchases suggest a pattern of abuse;
- a chargeback has already been initiated for the same transaction.
We aim to be fair. If you have a genuine issue with the course, contact us first.
6. Access After Refund
Confirmed refunds result in the revocation of portal access to the Course. After a refund is processed, you will no longer be able to access course content, lessons, or downloadable materials.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We will work to resolve the issue directly. Initiating an unjustified chargeback may result in account suspension.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed through Paddle according to their standard refund timelines. Processing time depends on your original payment method. Paddle's refund processing policy applies.
9. Statutory Rights
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply to you under the laws of your jurisdiction.
