2. Agreement
By purchasing or accessing the Ultimate Mobile QA Course ("Course") offered through prodreadyqa.com ("Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or access the Course.
3. Product Description
ProdReadyQA offers the Ultimate Mobile QA Course — a text-based educational course on mobile QA testing for iOS and Android. The Course includes written lessons, checklists, templates, practice assignments, and a capstone project, delivered through a protected online portal.
The Course is a digital education product intended for personal learning. It is not a professional certification or accreditation. It does not guarantee employment, interview success, income, salary, or job placement.
4. Course Delivery
Access to the Course is provided through a protected online portal accessible at learn.prodreadyqa.com or a similar subdomain. After a verified purchase:
- Access is personal to your buyer account and email address.
- Account credentials must not be shared with others.
- The Course is not delivered as a full downloadable PDF, ZIP archive, GitBook, public documentation collection, or unlisted document links.
- Individual checklists and templates may be available for download as part of your access where indicated, but full-course export is not included.
Access duration and any update eligibility will be shown before checkout and described in the active product terms at the time of purchase.
5. License
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Course for your own learning. You may not:
- share, distribute, resell, or sublicense Course content to any third party;
- reproduce, publish, or publicly post lessons, templates, or checklists beyond personal portfolio use;
- scrape, export, or archive the full Course content;
- use Course materials to create competing products;
- share your account credentials or portal access with others.
Individual checklists and templates completed as part of assignments may be used in personal portfolios for learning demonstration purposes.
6. Payment and Pricing
The Course is not currently open for sale. The first public launch price will be US$79 as a one-time payment. The final checkout total may include applicable taxes calculated at checkout by Paddle where required.
Our order process for paid purchases will be conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for orders processed through Paddle and handles payment processing, applicable tax calculation, payment-related customer service inquiries, and returns for those orders.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect existing confirmed purchases.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are governed by the standalone Refund Policy. The refund request window is 14 days from purchase, subject to the fair-use, course-completion, and anti-abuse conditions described in the Refund Policy. By purchasing, you agree to that policy. Refunds are processed through Paddle according to their timelines and the terms of the Refund Policy.
Access to the Course will be revoked upon a confirmed refund, successful chargeback, or material Terms violation.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Course materials only for lawful personal educational purposes. Security and privacy testing content taught in the Course must only be applied to systems, devices, applications, or data that you are explicitly authorized to test. Unauthorized security testing is prohibited.
9. Content Accuracy
Course content reflects information available at the time of writing. Mobile platform tools, APIs, and third-party services change over time. We do not guarantee that all technical details will remain current after publication. We will update content where reasonably practical.
10. Intellectual Property
All Course content — including lesson text, checklists, templates, code examples, and related materials — is the intellectual property of ProdReadyQA and protected by copyright. Nothing in these Terms transfers intellectual property ownership to you.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Course is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Course will meet your specific requirements, result in employment, interview success, income, salary, or any specific career outcome.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ProdReadyQA and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Course, including but not limited to loss of income or data.
13. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to your account if you violate these Terms, share your access credentials, engage in unauthorized redistribution of Course content, or abuse the refund or dispute process.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the Site. Continued access to the Course after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
